    • Proof of Address
    • We reserve the right to request for bank statements for proof of funds.
    • Photo copies will be taken of the ID’s and supporting documents
    4 Cash (from GBP 10,000.00)
    • Valid ID
    • Proof of Address
    • Bank statement for proof of funds
    • Additionally invoices, details of source of funds, evidence supporting the purpose of transaction and further documents may be required according to the value and nature of the transaction
    • Photo copies will be taken of the ID’s and supporting documents
    5 Exchange up to EURO 3000 in EURO 500 notes

    6 Exchange above EURO 3500 in EURO 500 notes

    • Photographic Driving License (Providing not used as Proof of Address)
    • Passport
    • Current EEA Member State National ID
    • National ID Card (non UK)
    • Police Warrant Card
     
    • Bank / Building Society statement (not older than 6 months)
    • Credit  Card / Loan Statement (not older than 6 months)
    • Household / Motor Insurance Documentation (1 year)
    • Photographic Driving License (providing not used as Identification) SHOULD BE UK ADDRESS
    • Utility Bill (not older than 6 months)
    • Council Tax Bill (1 year)
    • HMRC Communication (not older than 6 months)
    • TV Renewal Form (1 year)
    • Water Bill (not older than 6 months)
    • Letter from a UK Employer
    • Disabled Parking Document (must show address, signature and photograph)

    Note:

    • We reserve the right to ask for more documents and decline the transaction
    • In the absence of specific afore said documents, we may consider accepting alternate supporting evidences

  3. How to get the on-line rates at store
    • Exchange rates published at our branches may differ from one another and to that in the website
    • To obtain online rates (web site) you have to place a “Buy Back Currency Service At Branch” order within the branch ordering hours through hour website
    • Then call over at the branch within the branch operating hours, sell the currencies and collect the GBP equivalent proceeds
    • Online rates will be offered strictly upon placing Buy Back Currency Service At Branch orders
  4. Financial Governance (H.M Revenue Customs-HMRC, FCA)
    • We are governed and regulated by financial regulatory bodies such as HMRC, FCA etc.
    • Therefore you are required to take extreme caution to ensure the legality of the monies and transactions.

    • Further ID, supporting evidence(s) may require to be photocopied as applicable
